We will be exploring topics on curly hair care while outdoors, gear or lack thereof, activism, nature, self love and everything in between. Oi gente! ("Hi everyone" in Portuguese)

I just wanted to give you all a quick update about the podcast and thank everyone who has been listening to it. Through this podcast I have made new connections with awesome people, I've had many moments of joy and the amazing support of my family and friends, but I also had many moments of insecurities and fear. It' is so scary to be vulnerable and to *literally* get your voice out there, but let me tell you, there is something very special in sharing your story, it may be terrifying but be sure of one thing: you are not alone.
